Established in 1984, the village was developed over the following ten years and has well and truly stood the test of time. With 214 accommodation units more than 600 residents have enjoyed the Balmoral lifestyle since those early days and interest in the village continues to grow.
One of the first villages to be accredited by the Retirement Village Association of Australia the village meets the prescribed standards in respect of accommodation , village facilities , support services and, most importantly, management practices.
