There are three easy steps to securing your Balmoral Gardens accommodation:
1) An initial deposit of $1000 is required. This is fully refundable upon request.
We will then provide a complete lease document and disclosure statement which contains all the "fine print" to show your solicitor.
2) If you wish to proceed then within 30 days the lease agreement must be signed and the deposit increased to 10% of the Ingoing Contribution.
All monies received are held in a solicitor's trust account until the lease is fully executed and you have moved into your unit.
3) When your unit becomes available and you have received the settlement monies from your existing house you pay the balance of the monies at a mutually convenient time.
At Balmoral we appreciate that selling and moving house is a major decision that requires careful thought and often consultation with family, friends and professional advisors; our aim to make the process as stress free as possible.
Our promise is that there will be no high pressure sales reps or agents trying to push you into a decision. At Balmoral you will be dealing directly with the Manager and Deputy Manager who are the people that you will look to, after moving in, to deliver on any representations made. And they take that responsibility very seriously. |
