Previously John spent 15 years as business manager for two large and well known private schools following senior jobs in commerce and a period as an auditor in a professional accounting firm. He has a Diploma of Business and is a Certified Practicing Accountant.

John brings his 30 years of administrative and financial experience to Balmoral as well as a warm and caring approach towards both prospective and current residents and a strong commitment to the success of the village.

Kitty provides reliable secretarial, administrative and accounting support to the Manager and other staff members. Residents have the comfort of knowing that, in the absence of the Manager, there is someone well equipped to step into the breach.

Residents know that Kitty has an in depth knowledge of every aspect of village life.
