A private company, Balmoral Gardens Pty Ltd, has owned the village since 1988 whilst its subsidiary, Balmoral Gardens Management Pty Ltd, provides day-to-day management and employs all village staff.

The Village is served by professional on site staff supported by an experienced Board of Directors committed to providing the highest possible standards of accommodation and services.

Residents contribute to the management of the village through the Balmoral Residents' Association , which elects its own Committee annually. The Committee meets on a regular basis and the Manager and Directors join these meetings as required.

The form of tenure at Balmoral is a life time Lease signed by the owner company, management company and resident. This single document sets out all of the rights and obligations of the parties.
